FROM GEORGE WASHINGTON BRIDGE
To Route 80 West. Exit at Little Falls South #55A. Go _ mile onto Route 46 West. Get off at the first exit, Riverview Drive, Wayne. Follow the Wayne sign and ramp to the top and turn right onto Riverview Drive. Continue to about the 5th traffic light (crossing the Passaic Golf Course), turn right onto Valley Road. Continue on Valley Road for about 2 miles to the 4th light, turn right onto Ratzer Road. Take 2nd left onto Pike Drive into the Y. Drive past the main entrance and enter the smaller entrance toward the end of the building.

FROM LINCOLN TUNNEL
Take Route 3 West. You will pass the Meadowlands Sports Complex. Continue to Route 46 West. Exit at Riverview Drive and follow as above.

FROM NORTHERN NJ AND BERGEN COUNTY
Take Route 4 West to Route 208 North to GoffleRoad-Paterson exit. Turn right onto Goffle Road. Continue for 2 miles to North 8th Street. Veer right onto North 8th Street to 2nd traffic light. Turn right onto Haledon Avenue. Continue up the hill past William Paterson University (Pompton Road) to Hamburg Turnpike. Stay in center or left lanes. Cross Hamburg Turnpike into Ratzer Road. Continue for one mile to Pike Drive. Turn right into the Y complex.

FROM PATERSON
Follow Broadway going downtown to West Broadway. Veer right onto West Broadway to the end. Turn right onto Central Avenue and continue several miles to the traffic light, which is Ratzer Road. Turn left onto Ratzer Road for one mile. Turn right into the Y complex.

FROM ROCKLAND COUNTY
Via Route 287: Follow Franklin Lakes, Colonial road. Turn left onto Colonial Road to the end. Turn right towards Oakland. At the second traffic light, turn left onto Breakneck Road, which becomes Berdan Avenue. Turn left onto Valley Road and continue through Hamburg Turnpike. At the next traffic light turn left onto Ratzer Road. Take the second left onto Pike Drive into the Y complex.

FROM CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY
Garden State Parkway North to exit 153B (exit is from left lane) and go onto Route 3 West to Route 46 West. Go several miles and exit at Riverview Drive Wayne. Proceed as from G.W. Bridge.

FROM GEORGE WASHINGTON BRIDGE
GW Bridge to Route 4 West into Route 208 North. Take Fair Lawn Avenue West exit and bear right onto Fair Lawn Avenue. Make a right on River Road and go about mile. Office is on the left, across from the shopping center.

FROM THE SOUTH
North on the Garden State Parkway to exit 160 (Fair Lawn). Go left at the light and proceed to Route 208 North. Go north on Route 208 to Fair Lawn Avenue west. Proceed as above.

FROM WAYNE
Take Route 80 East to Garden State Parkway North and proceed as above.

FROM WAYNE - HAMBURG TURNPIKE
From Hamburg Turnpike, take Pompton Plains Road past William Paterson University. This becomes Haledon Avenue. Continue and make a left on North 8th Street. Continue to Goffle Road and veer left. Continue on Goffle Road as it becomes River Road. Continue on River Road. Office is on the right, directly opposite the shopping center.
